Payment policy

• The retreat fee needs to be settled within 7 days after receiving the payment request and before the day of the event.



• Your registration is only final after we have received your payment.

Cancellation policy

• We kindly ask that you notify us by email as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking.

• In the event of cancellation of your participation more than 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.



• In the event of cancellation of your participation within 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.



• In the event, for whatever reason, you decide to leave during the retreat, you are not eligible for a refund.



• If Deepom changes or cancels the retreat, you will be notified by email prior to the scheduled start date.



• In the event of cancellation for other reasons by Deepom, you will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.



• In the event of a global pandemic, border closures, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control that prevent the retreat from taking place, all deposits paid will be transferred to a future retreat date, subject to availability.



• In any case of change or cancellation, Deepom is not liable for any of the travel expenses you might have made or any other costs related to preparing for the event.
