Payment policy

• The retreat fee needs to be settled within 7 days after receiving the payment request and before the day of the event.



• Your registration is only final after we have received your payment.

Cancellation policy

• We ask that you notify us by email as soon as possible if a booking is to be cancelled or changed.



• In case of cancellation of your participation more than 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.



• In case of cancellation of your participation within 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.



• In case, for whatever reason, you decide to leave during the retreat, you are not eligible for a refund.



• If Deepom changes or cancels the retreat, you will be informed by email before the scheduled event starts.



• In case of cancellation for other reasons by Deepom, you will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.



• In case Deepom is forced to cancel a retreat due to force majeur, including measures taken by the government, Deepom will try its best to reschedule the retreat. If this is not possible, your payment will be refunded minus €50 administration costs.



• In any case of change or cancellation, Deepom is not liable for any of the travel expenses you might have made or any other costs related to preparing for the event.
